Good Points

B26-2 is a Chinese rifle that gives a near custom look from the factory. It has improved metal finish and almost European wood work. It comes with an high comb thumb hole stock, smoother overall operation out of the box then the B20. Some rate the run now 70-80% of what a Beeman R9 is for 1/3 or 1/2 the price. I use to think the B20 was 50% of a R9 the B26-2 is a definited upgrade to B20.

Bad Points

Still has a smaller piston then the R9, except for minor internal improvement basic a fancy B20, lots external upgrades. Not that accurate out of the box, of course it's not broken in yet. But I can only get 3-4 shot groups jagged hole and then a flyer or two. My 1.5yr. old tuned B20 is smoother and has better groups because it's well broken in. Might be mute.

General Comments

The B26-2 is a break barrel air rifle that is a upgrade to the B20 externally with some minor internal upgrades. The extrenal upgrades are the bluing, fit and finish to stock, smoother made parts, wood grade stock almost on par with Euros, thicker butt pad and fiber-optic front and rear sights on the B26, there are no sights on 26-2. The B26-2 upgrade also includes the nicely made thumb hole stock and muzzle brake, giving it a near custom look.

The internals are a little smoother, with a closer match spring guide, tighter fitting trigger screws with front trigger screw being redesigned to hold better. But still probably best to loctite the stock and trigger area screws. My rifle came with only the rear trigger guard screw being loose.

As of now it's shooting dime size 20 shot groups at 15 yards and 3 shot jagged hole groups, then a flyer on 4th or 5th shoot by .5". The Muzzle brake lock nut at the muzzle by loosening it the groups get tighter, tighten it and I get the .5" flyer. Only got 150 pellets through still in the break in stage. I don't have the scope on that I want, I may use these high mounts they seem to be holding. I'll write an update after get it setup the way I want, I haven't lubed and tuned it yet. Right now it's a keeper and I would recommend it for the price its a great deal.
