Very bad customer service, poor unhelpful telephone manner in call center
I purchased a king size bed and frame from Ikea. Only the bed and half frame were delivered. No headboard or foot board....When I queried this Ikea said we did not order these items even though we went to their help desk and said we wanted a complete bed. Today Ikea says the headboard and foot board are not made,,,also the bed side cabinets we ordered were missing shelves. I would rather pay double and get what I want as opposed to half a product. Also we paid Ikeas delivery service in cash to get the goods delivered they refused to issue a receipt.
