Absolutely none whatsoever!

Never received my phone!


General Comments

The Mobs have invoiced me for a mobile phone that I have never received. In fact they say I owe them £47 plus £450 costs!!!! When I ask them to provide me with proof of delivery, I get no response. However, I get several letters a week from their debt collectors threatening to call & take personal possessions! Unbelievable! Although, I contact them continuously, their letters say I have not responded! I would NOT recommend anyone buys their phones from The Mobs or Three as Three who do not want to get involved with the case at all, even though the invoices were sent through them! Do not touch The Mobs.

    Thanks, I was going to purchase a new phone through the The Mobs, their offer of free goodies really appealed to me so now, after reading your review I think I'll give this company a swerve. Cheers. This site is like That's Life hosted by the legendary Esther Rantzen, I believe I have avoided a few headaches due to the sound advice offered by reviewers.
