Bad Points

I had a serious problem with Amara software crashing. When this happens all files are lost. I contacted Amara several times and they are blunt. I no longer receive a reply from any emails.


General Comments

Of the replies from Amara that I did receive the "Director of the company" would not give me his name. They have no support at all and they do not refund under any circumstance, if you ask for a refund they do not return your email.

    Were you using the trial versions of the software? I initially had this issue as well, but then I realised that previewing or saving wasn't available. An exit message of something like "sorry, you can't preview or save in trial mode" would have been nice.
