Good Points
Made with the highest quality malt extract available.
Extra hops supplied in their own teabag give a fresher hop flavour.
Bad Points
The additional 'advanced' instructions included may confuse inexperienced brewers.
General Comments
Brupaks Pride of Yorkshire beers are the King of 'Kit' Beers. These kits are as good as it gets without having to mash your own grain. There is a beer in the series for everyone and if you were served one in the pub, chances are you'd never realise it had been made from a kit.
The hop 'teabag' that comes with the kit is a great idea allowing you to boil it in a few litres of diluted extract for 10 Min's to extract fresh hop flavour or for 45 mins for extra hop bitterness, but if you just want extra hop aroma simply steep the bag for 15 mins.
These beer kits set the standards other ranges of beer kits should aim for!
I'd give them 10/10 but I wouldn't want Brupaks to become complacent ;-)

Here's a web page that simplifies the Brupaks advanced instructions, allowing the homebrewers to get the most out of the kt without the expense of a 25L boiler or immersion chiller
