I purchased a balloon bouquet on 19th May for my boyfriends birthday from Blooming Britain. The website stated if orders were placed before 2pm they would be delivered that day. I called them to confirm the delivery time, and they told me they could not deliver that day and it would be the following day. I explained this was no use to me, and the man I spoke to said he would cancel my order and refund my card in full. I have since had the money charged to my card, but obviously never received the goods. I do not have a phone number for them, and their website is inaccessible as it is "under construction"!
