Good Points
Very good customer service, always trying to help. I have been a customer of Novatech for 4 years, I order pc components, mp3 players etc, only ever had 1 problem with them.

Bad Points
I ordered a 20gb mp3 player, it broke after 3 months, I sent it back, they sent the same faulty unit unrepaired and still broken. I sent it back to them again, they sent it back broken again, this went on for 10 months. Eventually after hours of conversations and emails. I received a totally new and upgraded colour 20gb mp3 player, and compensation for phone calls etc, another occasion they delivered the wrong items, and would not believe me that they were wrong. After me proving that it was their fault, 4 days later, they sent my items Saturday delivery

General Comments
I have had numerous problems with Novatech, they are a good company most of the time, and are relativly cheap. Iwould not recommend them as much now after the troubles I have had but do not underestimate how good Novatech can be.
