General Comments
Before booking our holiday to the Olympic Hotel, I read the reviews but decided to ignore them, as I presumed it was the older members of the public who were experiencing problems. However, I am only 22.



This was not a holiday, it was more of a nightmare. The police are at this hotel every night.



My camera was stolen, and when I reported it staff didn't care. I was assaulted by a German who broke into our room drunk and confused, thinking it was his room, and he proceeded to get angry and push me over when I asked him to leave. Again the hotel did nothing.



The food was appalling, with no labels to indicate what it was. The bar staff repeatedly harassed the female members of our party, and did not understand that NO means NO! You are only allowed two drinks at a time, and the bar permanently has a 30 minute queue. The two drinks are the equivalent of 3 mouthfuls.



It may be cheap, but it certainly is not cheerful! On the final day I asked for the name of the hotel manager in order to make a complaint, and the staff refused to give it to me. I have been forced to issue a complaint to the travel company.
