I ordered flowers from Blooming Britain and the money was deducted from my account, but the flowers were not delivered. The lady I was sending them to is critically ill, and this was the last thing I could do for her. I have sent numerous emails but to no affect. I live in Australia and I am unable to telephone them. I have tried to get into their web site but it is unavailable!
