Good Points

Quick response to my enquiry, and got a decision in principle on the amount I could borrow.
A very personal service, and assistance with the paperwork involved.
I didn't have to pay a fee, as I took out some insurance through them, and they earned a commission on it.


Bad Points

To be honest I couldn't find anything to criticise.


General Comments

Once one of the Mortgage Arrangers brokers made contact by email, and we were able to use the phone, email and normal post to get everything sorted out. I was able to organise the whole shooting match from my desk at work (luckily the boss didn't mind, as I would otherwise have to take time off).

If you can imagine having a "hand holder" at the end of the phone/email who knows all there is to know abut mortgages and insurances, and answers everything you need to know, then that's what you get.
