Some flowers were ordered from Blooming Britain (www.bloomingbritain.com) with a specific delivery date for a birthday. I received an e-mail the day following the order (and 2 days before the date of delivery) stating delivery was not possible on the specified date. I emailed to cancel and re-ordered with a different company. The bouquet then turned up from Blooming Britain a further 3 days later and my debit card was charged. I have emailed them several times since requesting a refund and have had no response. Now I can't even find their website!
