Bad Points
4 of the last ten loose air. Grips won't tighten up. The screw is tight but they still move around. They are not as accurate as the older models. The crowns on the end of the barrels are very good. Put one in my lathe to recrown and the bore is not centered. Big disappointment for what we expected from using the older units.
General Comments
We have 22 Daisy 747 pistols in our club. 12 older models that have been 1000's upon 1000's of pellets. We have purchased 10 new 747 pistols in the last year and they are terrible. Barrels are loose at the muzzle end. Had to wrap tape around the end that fits in to the front sight. Some have taken as many as 7 wrapes of scotch tape.
