Bad Points

Standby button blew up just after a year, and it wasn't even a main TV. It was just for the bedroom.

General Comments

The standard of Toshiba's customer support is very poor. I went for a Toshiba TV as I thought they were a reputable and reliable manufacturer. How wrong can you be? I personally will never purchase another Toshiba product again.
