Bad Points

Everything, but particularly call centres in India, unwillingness to help and general and utter ineptitude.

General Comments

Unless you are from a Review organisation (eg. Which) and are opening the HSBC Business Bank Account to test the services, I would strongly recommend that you avoid it all costs.
