Great website and catalogue, but queries posted to the website received selective treatment.
Bad Points
Returns policy is awful.
Totally unhelpful staff, to the extent where I will never buy from Maplin again.
General Comments
If you buy from Maplin know your product and test/use it immediately.
Be aware of the 14 day returns policy, even if the product is completely unused and in the original unopened wrapper, they will refuse to refund or offer even a credit voucher, and this was only 20 days from purchase!
I am disgusted with Maplin, and I will never shop there again!
