None.


Bad Points

They don't do anything for their commission. They won't talk to solicitors, they don't return calls, they don't even seem to understand the process. When there was a hiccup their senior "negotiator" shouted abuse at my mother. When my brother complained about the length of time it was taking to get to exchange, the junior negotiator put the phone down on him.


General Comments

Even the experts - surveyors etc., groan at the thought of dealing with Andrew Reeves Estate Agents. In this instance there is no chain, and yet 6 weeks on there is still no sign of the first step (contract sent to purchaser's solicitor) being taken. My mother is ready to give up on buying the house just because the agents are the worst she's ever come across. In fact, they are the worst any of us have come across.
