General Comments

I got the Samsung Digimax S500 digital camera for my birthday about 2 - 3 weeks ago, and I haven't stopped using it for a minute!! I have a rare version of this camera that has got black housing, so I think my parents paid more for it. It was worth it though, as it looks amazing. All my friends love it too! I got it out of the box and the screen is huge for a camera, so you can see all your pictures in detail.

The image quality is outstanding, and you catch every little detail with this camera! There are also lots of different effects such as B&W, sepia, negative, red, blue and green, and I had lots of fun mucking around with them.

This camera is so simple to use as well! It's really obvious what all the buttons mean, which is useful if you're not amazing at understanding technology!

The camera is lightweight and small, so you can put it in your handbag if you wanted to. The battery life isn't very good with normal AA batteries, but if you have rechargeable AA batteries in the camera it lasts a lot longer. So that isn't really a downside. It's a great camera!
