Good Points

Travel is stress free. I hardly knew we were moving. The coaches to take us to Amsterdam were waiting as we got off the ship, and the transfer was through typically Dutch countryside with windmills and canals everywhere.


Bad Points

At first I felt enclosed, but then I found the way up to the open deck to watch the Humber slip away as we glided out into the North Sea.


General Comments

The Amsterdam / Rotterdam P&O Pride of Hull Mini Cruise is a lovely introduction to sea travel. The ship has a superb restaurant and entertainment facilities. The shops are open until 11pm girls! The day trip to Amsterdam gave us a taste of the city, and we will return for a longer stay. There are so many bikes, so watch your backs! They are swift and silent! I have never seen a multi storey bike park before. The many boat trips along the canals are great value for money, and they let you see the lovely buildings in comfort. They even have a C&A clothes shop, which is long gone from the UK. The shops sell a delightful array of goods. I have never seen so many vibrators-lined up like organ pipes, what a laugh.
