Complete lack of customer service


General Comments

I purchased a mobile phone contract through the Mobile Shop and there was a mistake with the contract they placed me on. I called customer service to explain what had happened and told them I had never received an email confirming what had been ordered etc. They told me the only way to rectify the problem was to disconnect the phone then reconnect on a different plan. Then they told me there would be a fee to change contracts. As there was obviously a mistake made and I hadn't received a confirmation email, I asked if they could waive the fee. I was told that they could waive the fee, but they were not going to for me. Nice customer service! In the end the supervisor who they so kindly put me on to hung up on me. I have received some terrible service in the past but this beats them all!
