These boots are definitely performance enhancing and I find them extremely comfortable to wear. They deliver on all they promise but you must remember, if you're no good at football, they're not going to turn you into a superstar.
The stud pattern helps with grip and sideways movement, and the swerve fins work wonders on the ball if you take time to learn how to use them properly. Also, the introduction of the weighted insole is a great idea and from experience, I have noticed I hit the ball sweeter when using it.
I think they style could have been developed a bit more. They look good but I don't think they are as innovative as their previous models. Also, a wider colour range, like that of the F50+ Tunit would be nice, and to be bought out at the same time so all options are available.
I've used many boots over a 22 year period, including Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas and Umbro and I must say that ever since buying my first pair of Predators in 2002, I'd never use another boot! I have now had 5 pairs of Predators in 3 different models (I'm somewhat of a collector now I guess) and they continue to get better, and improve. I've also found that the experiment of using a vinyl material for the new David Beckham Warrior Predator boot has been a success and these are just as comfortable as the leather option. Well done Adidas, you're still the benchmark in Football Boot technology. I hope this helps!
