General Comments

Even before the Leisure Gourmet 60 Gas oven got to my kitchen, there was a problem with main oven door which does not shut because of the damage on a side which was made during the transportation and different product had to be ordered. However, the second product had the same problem which again the main oven door is damaged but does shut but I installed the oven with a promise of the door will be repaired free of charge. The agreement was made through Curry's which I bought the product from and it has been 4 weeks and the problem hasn't been solved. Numerous phone calls both to Curry's and the manufacturers, each time the order hasn't gone thorough, one occasion a parts did arrive but it was wrong parts, then calling them again, a staff promised to call me back but never did, in fact she had gone home when I contacted them again! The product might do the job nicely but I am very disappointed with the customer service they provide.
