General Comments

I found More Than Home Insurance most unhelpful and obstructive during a recent claim for personal possessions, to the point where I have now cancelled my cover. I was advised incorrectly over the phone, and when I came to make a claim, conveniently, no record of the phone call or advice could be found. In my opinion the customer relations department employ some of the most unhelpful people I have encountered, and they offer an inadequacy of service which I had not previously considered possible.
