Good Points

The staff and crew made this holiday one to remember. Food was excellent, and my friends and I are now booking the Emerald for next year on the Croatian cruise. We will definitely recommend this cruise to others. Although it is an old ship and on the small side, it had everything we required for our holiday. The entertainment was as good as any West End Show could offer, and the Entertainment staff were brilliant. A really friendly cruise ship. Thomson should be proud of their crew and staff for putting in such hard work.


Bad Points

The extra bed in the superior room (there were three of us sharing) needs improvement, as the mattresses are thin and the beds squeaky. However, the staff were more than helpful with sorting this out for us.


General Comments

The Pearls of the Aegean Thomson Emerald cruise was our second cruise. The last one being on the Island Escape, which we really did enjoy. Although the Island Escape was a bigger and newer ship, the Emerald made up for it with the entertainment, staff, crew and the wonderful food (my friends and I have all put on weight). Well done Thomson!!
