General Comments

I changed to the Z7 from a Z5, and on the face of it the phone appeared to work well. However, after 6 months I am very disappointed. The phone must have really dodgy software as it keeps on locking me out. The phone looks on, but is totally unresponsive and I can only get it back by taking it out of the case and taking out the battery. Once the battery is back then the phone starts up OK. You don't know when this will happen, it is random, but seems to be getting more frequent. What's the point of a phone that doesn't work reliably? What's going on Sony - you've got a good reputation to hang on to. Apart from this, the ring tones are either too quiet or distorted while the vibralert is almost useless.

Yeah agree with you, i think its the amount of memory. I still have to take out the battery when in locks but I think it happens less when you delete the recordable ringtones which take up all the memory. But if it can't cope with them it shouldn't have them on the phone. It's my first mobile, cost £220 and is absolutely rubbish. The vibrate function is useless.
