Good Points

Very good at refunding damaged goods.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The food in the food hall is of very good quality!


Bad Points

Difficult to get a telephone response from the right department at times.


General Comments

I have been using Costco for over 5 years, and I have always found a good level of service and goods offered.

They are very good at refunding damaged goods. I recently returned an item with no quibble at all. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the food in the food hall is of very good quality!
