Good Points

Really looooot of lyrics
Members of their music forum may help you to find requested lyrics, or understand lyrics in other language (and may not :-)
Some interesting music articles


Bad Points

A lot of information (incl. ads) on every page, not very easy to navigate.
They show one pop-under window per session.
Advertising on banners sometimes is really ugly (a great pity that it's a common thing)


General Comments

Really useful site. I cannot say that All The Lyrics shows much of designer's work, or especially convenient user's interface, but content is worth everything. They have really wide artists' list, and for some songs they show several links to lyrics sites, containing this lyric, so you can choose one that is close to truth (and lyric texts often have mistakes, mishearings, mistypings etc.)
