Good Points

Very good features and lots of good features and things I haven't probably explored yet. When you set the camera up the picture quality is excellent. The battery lasts quite a long time as well if leaving it on, but it's best to turn it off once in a while. The idea of the MP3 player on the front is very good, but when you flip the phone down it isn't very loud. Overall, it is a good phone!! Recommended!


Bad Points

Sometimes the reception isn't brilliant, but that's rare. Also, the privacy lock doesn't lock individual things; it locks the whole phone basically, and once you put the lock on you can go into everything else on the phone, and can't use the MP3 player on the front, or the camera, and when the phone is switched off you have to disable privacy, but that isn't very important to some people. The speaker isn't as loud as the new phones out, unless you put it on rock, which is as loud as you can get it to go, but it's still quite loud.


General Comments

I have dropped my Samsung E720 mobile phone into water twice now. Once in the swimming pool, as I forgot it was in my pocket and dropped it into a cup of water somehow, and both these times I worried if it would still work as it was messing up a bit after I tried turning it off then back on straight after, but after a few days, if you have dried it out or by just letting it dry out naturally, the best thing to do is leave it off over night and the mist will eventually go from the screens and camera, and it will work perfectly fine, so I'm happy about that!!
