The company have let me down


General Comments

I ordered a balloon bouquet from Blooming Britain for my daughters 14th birthday. As a single parent her party had cost a lot, and this was her gift. I ordered it on the 13th of June to give lots of notice. Sadly, to the detriment of my child's party and all her friends waiting on her gift, it did not come. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email, and I have had no reply.

It was a sad day for my child. The least they could have done was stopped taking payments. I am now £40 out of pocket with a very upset child. WELL DONE BLOOMING BRITAIN. The thing is, I HAVE PURCHASED GOODS FROM THEM BEFORE, AND I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THEM IN THE PAST.
