General Comments

Amex will need to work harder to justify the fee and retain the high value customers the Centurion Black credit card is intended for.

Value for money is poor, and there is little or no status attached to the card by retailers. The benefits afforded by or through Amex are unexciting.
It is not a global card. I travel a lot and find calling my home country as soon as I need help tiresome, particularly when all my local Amex office do is contact the Amex office in the country I happen to need help in!

I really do pity people who wish to wave a "prestige" card about expecting people to bow down before them. For goodness sake no one gives a toss what colour your card is, as long as it pays the bill who cares?
