Good Points

Fantastic service, food and surroundings.


Bad Points

The hotel did not have our names on their list, and other guests who were also with Global Travel had the same problem.


General Comments

We spent two weeks at Secrets Excellence on the Mayan Riviera in Mexico during May 2006. We had a swim up room near the spa, and this upgrade was well worth it. It was fantastic to be able to get up in the morning and jump straight in the pool. The food was out of this world. Sometimes we had room service which is included in the price. On my birthday the staff provided a cake and bucks fizz! The rooms are very luxurious with a jacuzzi inside and on the terrace. The staff are very friendly, and they will accommodate anything you ask for. Although tipping was included, we felt we wanted to tip some of the staff. I relaxed as soon as I got there.

I can't recommend this hotel enough.
