Good Points

Cheap. Will hire 7-seater to 25+ (usually have to be over 30). Pick up from anywhere in Plymouth.


Bad Points

Late delivery. Tatty, old vehicle. Slow admin at office (allow an hour for this). Supplied with empty tank and stereo blasting. No refund given for fuel left in vehicle.


General Comments

A1 Car Hire is cheap but not cheerful. Vehicle felt unsafe. Poor customer service. Unprofessional outfit, and despite 1 hour of admin, there was no tour or explanation of the vehicle. No central locking.
