Absolutely beautiful phone. Next to the old Nokia 8810 (chrome one) this has to be the sweetest phone's out
Its feature packed - Bluetooth, HSCD, GPRS, colour screen, plus the usual IR connectivity and the excellent Nokia user interface
The slide (or grip as they like to call it) is the coolest thing, with a very sturdy and seemingly reliable opening mechanism
The things made out of titanium!
No volume control on the side. You have to use the phone's up and down navigation keys to change the volume in call
No way to answer the phone without opening the slide, which means over time the slide could get pretty worn, and start to loosen and wobble
The keys are not backlit. There's a light which runs down the sides of the middle keys and that's it (i.e. the number around the keys don't light up, and the outer keys aren't lit)
I bought the phone a couple of days ago, and it has to be one of my best buys. Although it's expensive (I paid £300 on contract), it does everything that I'd want a phone to do.
The only real grumble that I have is the issue with they keypad's numbers not being lit, which makes using the phone in the dark a bit of a pain.
But hey, its a small thing, and for the best phone on the market in terms of looks a features (of should I say features that you'll actually use, not gimmicks like those rubbish camera's) its a small price to pay.
If you've got the money. Go get it!
