very small, lightweight, eye catching. Easy to get accessories
Bad Points
No IR, keys a bit small if you're a bloke. Shortcut menu takes a bit of getting used to. Doesn't keep charge very long - 2 days modest use.
General Comments
I only bought this because it looked so smart, I've mostly had Nokia's. First T66 I got kept cutting out, losing signal. I got billed for lots of 10 second calls. Took it back to Carphone Warehouse and they supplied another with no quibble. Since when I've had NO problems. Signal is OK, sound quality is OK. WAP seems a bit slow but hey, this is an extra small, light package. I love it.

I bought my T66 in september. Since then i have had problems until last week. First the numbers didn't work anymore. I handed it in under warranty. They fixed it and 3 weeks later i had the same problem again. So it went on for a few times. In december ericsson gave me a new one. Again a T66 of course... That one did well until about 4weeks ago. I couldn't get a network and the numbers didn't work anymore. I gave it in again and now ericsson sended me a T600. I like it... . So in conclusion we can say :"bad phone, good service"
