Bad Points
Comfort level is low.
I have always had complaints of static, or the other party cannot hear.
After about 2 weeks of use, the connection with my phone could no longer be established.
General Comments
The Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset was great when I first bought it. I read the reviews and was sort of doubtful of the fact that they were negative, but I still bought the device. Now it is confirmed that this device is not good. The cost was admirable, but the quality of the headset is garbage, especially over a two week time period.
