It's a bank! They're all as bad as each other.
I've been a loyal customer with Barclays Bank for over 30 years, but by the way they treat me you wouldn't think so. Apart from the normal things like not open when you need them, not being able to speak to my local branch direct on the phone, having to speak to somebody who can hardly speak English in India when (and I do say when) you have a problem, the final straw was that they messed up my pension! They have forgotten that it is us that keep them in business.
I'm off to try Alliance & Leicester (fingers crossed).
