Super clarity.
Has excellent noise cancelling.
Excellent Style and design.
Nice comfortable feel when worn.
You almost forget you have it on after wearing it for a while.
Bad Points
I wish that the actual ear loop was made a little more securely. It is somewhat cheap at the actual headset mount for the price. It is still a good unit though.
General Comments
I would buy another Jabra JX10 bluetooth headset. I have had others that were not as clear, and that were bulky and clumsy looking. Some of the larger ones look like you have a beetle on your head. I like the sleek style of the Jabra JX10 the most.
