Good Points
Pin point accuracy with early clear verbal instructions. TMC can be useful

Bad Points
The mapping and information are at least three years old (admitted by Sony in e-mail) and hardly a single journey can be made without old mapping and errors causing problems. Major motorway changes, petrol station closures, changes in one way-systems, roundabouts not shown are just some of the difficulties encountered. Full post code not available.

General Comments
I do not know why Sony should launch a new product using ancient mapping and information. The number of errors mean this U70 system is thoroughly unreliable and useless for the purpose intended. Sony tell me that there may be new mapping available at the end of the year, but have not confirmed that this will be free of charge. Until current information is available avoid this like the plague. Full post code would also be expected in a new and expensive system like this.
