Good Points

Free business banking for life through the FSB.

Bad Points

Slow service. Dreadful online banking facility, and onerous security procedures. Faceless too, as there are no local branches. Banking at the local Post Office has been pretty awful, and I have been "shouted" at twice for the way in which I presented my banking, even though I asked them how they wanted it provided in the first place.

General Comments

The bad points say it all really. When I was having problems with the Co-operative Bank online banking, trying to make a BACS transfer, the support guy who was very nice, said it was better for me not to do any transfers on a Wednesday or Friday, or in the morning as everyone wants to go on then.

Well, my business needs something more than a part time, unreliable service.
