No one that speaks English on their customer service phone number.
We have had our joint account with the Abbey for about 17 years, and up until recently we have always found them to be helpful when asked, but over the last 2 years things seem to have changed. We moved our mortgage due to their inflexibility, even though we had been with them for 15 years, and now, because of the same reason I am now looking for another current account, where hopefully I will get someone that understands me and where I can understand them when I phone them, as well as a bank that will listen to me and help by being flexible when required.
