I found Ashley Wedding Cars while surfing the web for wedding transport, and I found the site was well organised with plenty of nice looking cars, so I thought I would try these people's enquiry form. It seems that most do not answer these forms. Anyway, I completed the form which seemed a bit long at first, but on reflection it was very good in design. I received a reply within about 2 hours, so this impressed me. I then decided to ask them a few questions to see if they would remain prompt in reply, and yes they were. I took this as a good sign.

Next I contacted them by phone where I spoke to a lovely lady who is an asset to them. Very pleasant indeed. Still, I did not book my wedding car as I wanted to see how these initial contacts went. I must say that she remained enthusiastic and helpful in our conversations, and she even suggested that I could save money by using one car to do two trips. I thought that this was very considerate, but I really wanted two cars on my special day.

After being in contact about six times, I thought that the lady would be getting real tired of me, but, no this was not the case.

I then decided to book my two cars, Emily and Fay; all the cars at Ashley Wedding Cars have names, and I paid my deposit. I then received my booking forms which I completed and returned. Three days later I received full written confirmation of my booking. All this was really efficient, and I wondered where something would go wrong. I say this, as I had so much trouble with my photographer even before my wedding day.

I was in contact with the lady a few times over the next few weeks, and she was always very good.

On my big day I was a real wreck with all kinds of emotions, and I was so worried that things would go wrong. Anyway, about two hours before I was due to be collected from my dads house, I received a telephone call from the lady and immediately my heart missed a beat. I ought not to have, as the call was just to let me know that the cars and chauffeurs were on their way to me.

The cars arrived, Emily and Fay, and I must say that they were incredible, and I knew that my choice was good. All I can say is that from this point on the chauffeurs were perfect, as were the cars, and how the chauffeurs tolerated my photographer I do not know. He was so badly organised it was untrue, but I can't write a poor review on this guy as his photo's were wonderful, and they captured the day forever.

All in all, the service from this wedding car company was perfect, and I have suggested that a friend of mine give them a call for their wedding next year, and I have since learned that a friend of mine had used this company a couple of years ago, and felt much the same as I.

If the lady who works there should read this, keep up the good work.
