Interest free transfer period, but they charge an administration fee for the transfers.
The worst online servicing I have ever experienced.
The Amazon loyalty points they advertise do not materialise once you have taken out the card.
Useless customer service.
I was attracted to the Amazon store card by the Amazon name, as that is a brand that I have had good experiences with in the past. However, this credit card has no real resemblance to Amazon.co.uk. It is really pretty poor. I will be taking out a replacement card with a better provider shortly, as the online servicing just plain doesn't work. You have to resort to paying your bill with a cheque in the post.
Interest rates are OK, but they charge an admin fee for the 0% transfer period of a couple of %, so it's not great value.
Loyalty points - Intro points (£15 amazon voucher) never received. I've spent £2500 plus balance transfer and I haven't got any Amazon vouchers yet, so don't let the points attract you.
