Good Points

The hotel is impressive to look at, but that is where it ends


Bad Points

Poor food, and even worse service.
Not enough staff, tables and cutlery in dining room.
Waiters awful.
Sunbed situation diabolical.
No entertainment.
Sheets too small.


General Comments

For a supposed 5* hotel, the service we received at the Victoria Palace in Sunny Beach was shocking. The food was never hot, and trying to get a table at dinner was like a rugby scrum. There was never any cutlery to be had, and tables were not cleared. I certainly could not recommend this hotel to anyone, although it is magnificent to look at. It was impossible to get a sunbed (only about 200 for the whole of the hotel) unless you were prepared to get up at about 6am.
