Overall, the Carnival Victory Canada Cruise was a very good experience. Air conditioning cranked up too high, jazz music was always and only in the cigar bar so unable to attend, people allowed in the dining room inappropriately dressed, healthy food choices only available at meal times not for snacks, poor choice of free weights in the gym, but the dining staff, food, housekeeping, officers, crew and the activities were excellent!
