Rock solid, dependable, economical, very forgiving, handles well, and looks great.
Too much vibration above 70 mph.
I've put 4,500 miles on my Yamaha V Star 1100 Classic since April and I can only say good things about this bike. I love it. I've added many accessories: Windshield, Barons tach., Cobra pipes and jets, K & N air filter, oil relocation kit. My only complaint: It really needs a 6th gear. At 75 mph the rpm's are close to 4,000, which makes prolonged riding at interstate speeds very taxing. But if you're not planning on long interstate trips, this is a great bike. I highly recommend it.
