Poor customer services, I was told to fix an existing fault and would be re-imbursed, I've waited 4 months and never have received the money, the actual quality of Approved Car Finance cars is rather abysmal, mine should have had 136 point quality check, when I returned home my husband noticed over 30 faults, the MOT was beyond a disgrace, whoever their mechanic is should be prosecuted for reckless endagerment. The entire cooling system emptied to the bare minimum and the engine as a result is always on its redline. The central locking doesn't work in any way shape or form, not only has the plip remote needed re-programming, the locks themselves seldom work, the lock for the petrol cap doesn't even exist. It's been broken clean off, the power steering motor is shot, the brakes needed replacing within a week, And to top it all of the bench seat has had the locking mechanism broken off, so had I actually been able to drive the thing and been in a accident I would likely have had a large chunk of metal slamming into my back. I was told all of these faults could present at any time, they even argues with my husband who had talked with a mechanic that very morning, needless to say we returned the car and demanded our deposit back on the grounds they misrepresented the vehicle, they refused.
