General Comments

Why do Carole Nash Motorcycle Insurance think they can stick extortionate charges on without justification? I have been a customer of theirs for 6 years! Do they really think this engenders brand loyalty?

They want £17 for ANY amendment to your policy. I recently moved house, but I only needed one line of the address and two digits at the end of the post code changed (a total of 11 key strokes). Despite telling them not to do the amendment, they billed me, and when I didn't pay they threatened to reduce my cover or cancel my policy with immediate effect without any further notice.
