None. All seemed very helpful on the telephone (website was down), but no point if the delivery isn't made.
Everything. They take customers' hard-earned money and provide nothing.
I placed an order with Blooming Britain for a fruit basket for my boss, and I am completely furious, not to mention embarrassed that, despite ordering prior to the cut-off time, there is still no sign of the delivery. Unanswered telephone calls, emails ignored... The usual stuff. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Still unable to make any contact. Utter rubbish.
