General Comments

The price of contact lenses at One Stop Contact Lenses is definitely unbeatable for contact lenses in the UK, but I had problems with the website, including issues with privacy of personal information - being able to see other people's orders (reported and fixed, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place).

Customer service is just about zero. Admin claimed they hadn't received my prescription when they clearly had. I had to persistent chase them to get my order, and they blamed delays on their supplier.

Absolutely dreadful.
