Poor customer service.
World Financial Network National Bank called my family on a Sunday concerning a $100 balance on a Crate and Barrel credit card (opened for the 10% discount). I repeatedly told the representative that I was being assessed late fees on an original balance of $45 because the bill was being sent to the wrong address. It fell on deaf ears.
