Good Points

This place is truly a resort and a wonderful place to stay in Dubai. It has a golf course, a very nice workout facility, beaches are nice, tennis courts, a little marina for the extremely wealthy, and a few peacocks to welcome you when coming up the driveway. They also own a place called the 'Shooters Club' which is about a mile away. This is a skeet shooting range with a handgun range below. The restaurant overlooks the range and you can eat and watch at the same time, the food and service is wonderful too. I would highly recommend staying here.


Bad Points

This could be seen as a bad point by some but I thought it was great but it is about a 45-minute drive from the airport. They have a strict dress code too, which is no big deal because of the local customs, in some of the restaurants, they share property with a smaller yet even nicer hotel which I forget the name of, you can not wear open-toed shoes. Oh well.........


General Comments

I have nothing else.........its a great place to stay if you get a good price at the right time of the season....oh another thing I have forgotten. The second time staying here in which I didn't have reservations I called and reserved a room, well when I got there they didn't have the size room I reserved so they upgraded me to a suite at the price of the smaller room! I was very very happy about this as you can imagine!
